Join us for a beautiful night under the Moonlight.
Sound Bath + Moon Gazing
We will start every meditation with an opportunity to cleanse our energy with incense and bless our temple with cleansing ritual water. After we cleanse our energy and set our intention for the night we will begin our journey through a guided meditation and sound bath, then awakening to witness the moonrise over the ocean.
Learn the art of Moon Gazing through the meditation practice called Trataka.
